Shipping Policy

We ship pan-India from our warehouse at Sachin, Surat (394230) via leading courier partners. This policy explains how dispatch, delivery and tracking work.

1. Order processing

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM IST on a working day are typically dispatched the same day or the next working day.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays move to the next working day's queue.
  • You'll receive an order-confirmation email immediately and a dispatch email/WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as the courier picks up the package.

3. Shipping charges

  • Free shipping on orders above the threshold shown in your cart (typically ₹999, varies by promotion).
  • Below the threshold, a flat ₹50 shipping fee applies (or the carrier's computed rate based on weight + destination if higher).
  • COD handling fee of ₹40 may apply for Cash-on-Delivery orders. The fee is shown clearly at checkout.
  • Express delivery to select pincodes is available at a higher rate shown at checkout when the option qualifies.

4. Carrier partners

We work with India's leading aggregators and direct carriers, including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post, Ecom Express and Shadowfax. The system auto-assigns the most reliable courier for each pincode based on past performance.

5. Pincode serviceability

We deliver to over 26,000 pincodes across India. Some remote pincodes are not yet serviceable; in that case you will see a “Not deliverable” message on the product page.

6. Tracking your order

  • You can track any order from My Orders → Order detail — the page shows a live timeline (Order placed → Confirmed → Packed → Shipped → Out for delivery → Delivered).
  • Each status change also triggers an email and a WhatsApp message (where you've opted in).
  • For shipped orders the AWB number is shown on the order page so you can also track directly on the carrier's site.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on most serviceable pincodes.
  • A small handling fee (currently ₹40) may apply, shown at checkout.
  • Maximum COD order value: ₹50,000 (RBI guidance). For higher amounts, please prepay.
  • Please keep exact change ready for the delivery executive.

8. Damaged / lost / mis-shipped items

  • Open the package in front of the delivery executive whenever possible. If the box looks tampered with, reject the delivery and write to us within 24 hours.
  • If the courier marks the parcel “delivered” but you haven't received it, contact us within 24 hours so we can escalate immediately.
  • Damaged-in-transit cases require unboxing photos / a video to help us file a carrier claim — please share them with our support team.

9. Address changes & failed deliveries

  • Address changes are possible only before the order is shipped. Write to us with your order number.
  • If the courier attempts delivery but is unable to reach you, they typically retry up to 3 times. If still undelivered, the parcel returns to us and we cancel + refund the order.

10. International shipping

At this time, we ship only within India. We expect to add international shipping in the future — please follow our newsletter for updates.
