Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains when you can cancel an order, how to do it, and what happens to any amount you have paid. Read alongside our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Customer-initiated cancellation

  • Before dispatch (PENDING / CONFIRMED status): You can cancel free of charge from My Orders → Order detail → Cancel Order. We will ask for a brief reason — this helps us improve.
  • While in PROCESSING:Cancel may still be possible — we'll try, but if the parcel has already been handed over to the courier, we cannot guarantee it. In that case please raise a return after delivery.
  • After SHIPPED status: Direct cancellation is not available. Refuse the package at the door, or raise a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • After DELIVERED: Cancellation is no longer applicable. You may raise a return within the return window.

2. Vishal Mobile-initiated cancellation

We may cancel your order in the following cases:

  • The item is unexpectedly out of stock or the supplier cannot fulfil it.
  • A pricing or product-description error is detected after the order is placed.
  • The courier flags the pincode as undeliverable / un-serviceable.
  • We have a reasonable suspicion of fraud, suspicious payment, or account misuse.
  • For COD orders: more than three failed-delivery attempts.

In all such cases we will email you immediately and process a full refund as per the timelines in our Refund Policy.

3. Refund after cancellation

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to the original method of payment.
  • COD orders: If you had not yet paid, there is nothing to refund. If you had used wallet / loyalty / gift-card balance towards the order, that portion is credited back to the same source.
  • Loyalty points earned on the cancelled order are reversed; any coupon used is restored to its usage count where eligible.

4. Address or item changes

Before dispatch you may change the delivery address, contact number, or item quantity from your account — or by writing to us. Once the order is shipped, address changes are not possible.
